Aromatherapy

Webster defines aromatherapy as the "use of aroma to enhance a feeling of well-being". Lavender may help relieve headaches. Lemon stimulates concentration. Orange Blossom may help with anxiety or depression. Vanilla is appreciated by most people, so it will promote a mellow, relaxed setting. The odors released by scented soy candles will greatly impact how you feel. Burn scented soy candles and experience a well-being to mind and body.
